Microsoft Forms - handling in a tenant to tenant migration

This is a tricky one. I’ve only seen one provider who offers a migration tool for these, and within the Microsoft standard tooling there is no way to run a report to get a list of all the forms you have in a tenant. I suspect that they’ve found a way to use the Forms API to make this work…

The closest out of the box report available (as of November 2024) is the usage report in the Microsoft 365 Admin center. This will provide a list of who has created a form in the last 180 days and thus provides a good starting point for finding the users to educate if you plan to migrate Forms manually.
